Minimum Engagement Duration:

Our Fee model:
Based on scope of work, level of effort, resources required, duration, intricacies of the project and based on whether your activity requires a junior or senior personnel.
Options:
ADVISORY /CONSULTING / IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
- All our projects require a 10% commitment fee in advance.
- Hourly Rates: 120 US – 350 US or more per consultant, per hour depending on medium complexity of projects. This may differ after we have evaluated your needs.
- Project Based Fees Structure – We cost the project, set milestones, agree on resource allocation, deliverables, responsibilities and mutually agreeable terms and conditions of payment.
- Overdue payments will incur a fee of 5% compounded.
- Training – Dependent on whether it is examinable, certified, non certified, whether it has CPD’s, examinable, duration, certifying body etc.
